Preparation of raw materials

The raw materials of steel plates are mainly iron ore, scrap steel and alloying elements,The blast furnace method, iron ore, coke, and limestone layer by layer, after reduction, melting and reaction, finally get molten iron

 Continuous Casting

Molten iron is obtained by converter, and then continuously cast by continuous casting machine to become a casting blank, which is the predecessor of the finished steel plate.

 Rolling

The continuous casting billet enters the rolling mill for rolling, and the rolling mill gradually flattens and extends the continuous casting billet through mechanical action to obtain a certain thickness and width of the steel plate. In the rolling process, the steel plate will go through several rolling processes, including rough rolling, medium rolling and fine rolling, to obtain a more uniform and detailed steel plate

Heat treatment

After the rolling is completed, the steel plate needs to be heat treated to improve the structure, properties and shape of the steel. Commonly used normalizing, annealing, tempering, quenching, can eliminate rolling stress, improve the bending strength of steel, toughness and wear resistance

Surface treatment

The surface of the steel plate is treated by pickling, polishing, shot peening and other methods to remove the surface oxidation, pollutants and bad texture, and improve the surface quality and finish
