Heating and perforating stage
The raw material is heated to a certain temperature, so that it becomes easy to process, heating usually uses high-frequency induction heating or flame heating, after heating, the raw material is fed into the punch for perforation, perforation is the process of opening the central part of the raw material to form a tube.
rolling stage
After the perforation, the tube billet is rolled, and the perforated tube billet is processed through the rolling mill to form the required outer diameter and wall thickness. After rolling and drawing for many times, the diameter is gradually reduced and the wall thickness is adjusted to achieve the required size and accuracy
drawing stage
The tube billet is drawn by the drawing machine to form a longer tube. During the drawing process, the rolling structure is used to gradually stretch the tube billet and reduce the diameter to obtain the required size and surface finish
Pipe forming stage
Through different forming mechanisms, the pipe after drawing is formed. During the forming process, the surface of the pipe is cleaned and derusted to ensure the surface quality of the pipe
Pipe heat treatment and conditioning stage
The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the pipes are improved by heat treatment and tempering treatment through control processes such as heating and cooling
Pipe inspection and quality control stage
Carry out various tests on the pipe, such as chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, non-destructive testing, etc., to ensure that the quality of the pipe meets the requirements, at the same time, the pipe size testing and appearance testing to ensure that it meets the standard requirements
Tube packaging and storage
Take appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure that the pipe is not damaged during transportation, and send it to the designated warehouse for storage and waiting for delivery
